Recently, we gutted most of a 20 year old house. The original architect recommended Max Millen of M Squared Construction as "a young, up and coming contractor who did excellent work." This was absolutely true. M squared worked closely with us to come up with a budget that we could live with and still get what we wanted. Every aspect of the work was bid to multiple subcontractors to get us the best quality at the best price. We didn't see the house from start to finish but communicated via email, photos and phone calls. At the end of the day we have a fabulous house that came in on time and on budget. I can't say enough great things about M Squared.
