My husband and I had the pleasure of working with M Squared Construction for our new home. You hear a lot of building horror stories, so we took our time researching custom home builders, this being our first build. From our very first meeting with Max, we felt comfortable and confident they were the builders we wanted. Max listened closely and helped us throughout the design process working with our architect to refine our vision for our home. He has a wealth of knowledge and experiences to draw from offering creative ideas and solutions throughout the process. While most of the "before build" work took place during meetings with Max, once the construction process started Mike was our guy. Mike was on site every single day from ground-break to move-in and continues to check in with us making sure we are loving our new home. They are both conscientious, organized, and meticulous with their craft. They provided us with weekly schedules of what would happen each day throughout the build. Their communication was outstanding, and if I ever had a question or concern it was answered immediately or they went to work on figuring out the answer. They stayed on schedule and on budget even during a pandemic! We appreciated the care they put into each room of our house, solving problems, always staying in contact, and getting our approval before moving forward with each stage of the build. The site was kept impeccably clean and it wasn't uncommon for Mike to be there well into the evening cleaning up and checking over the days progress before he left each day. They take pride in the work they do, and the relationships they build with their clients. We have and will continue to recommend them to everyone we know who is planning on building. We would build with them again in a heartbeat, but are so in LOVE with our new home that it won't be necessary.
