This 6,000 sq. ft. home was previously built in the late 80’s as a second home to a renowned businessman, who was still in love with the original oak appearance of the residence. The goal was to update everything in the home while maintaining the original aesthetic. Our crews worked closely with a designer and the owners to update this incredible property. All five bathrooms were overhauled, new floor coverings throughout including oak hardwoods, brand new exterior sidings of hand-hewn and chinked 2x lumber, new cherry double-door entryway, masonry around the home, new garage doors and lighting.
